Our Refund Policy

Customer service is our number one priority at 65simplified.com! We strive to provide products that exceed expectation and leave the customer 100% satisfied. However, we also promise to assist our customers to the best of our ability in processing returns and refunds. Unless otherwise indicated, products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of package. Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition, must include original packaging, and a copy of the customer invoice. Returned products are subject to restocking fees. Damaged products or products that require repackaging may be subject to repair fees. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and returned products must be shipped prepaid.



Defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of package and will be repaired or replaced accordingly. Some products may have extended warranties through the manufacturer and may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to respective packaging after 30 days.



All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) clearly marked on the outside of the package. The RMA number and return shipping address may be obtained by contacting us by email.
